[Mansfield, Ohio] – [April 17, 2025] — Artists of all backgrounds and mediums are invited to submit their work for Color Our World, a dynamic upcoming art exhibition that celebrates creativity, diversity, and the transformative power of color. Curated by the Mansfield Public Art Commission, this exhibition will take place at The Mansfield Richland County Main Public Library in Summer 2025, and is in conjunction with the library’s summer reading program.
Color Our World seeks to highlight how artists use color not only as a tool of expression, but as
a universal language that connects people, cultures, and ideas. Submissions are open to both
emerging and established artists working in a range of media, including painting, photography,
mixed media, textiles, digital art, and more.
“We believe art has the power to brighten lives, provoke thought, and connect
communities,” said Jennifer Pennell, Public Art Commission Chair. “Through this
exhibition, we hope to fill our space with works that reflect the beauty and diversity
of our world through color.”
