Mansfield Police Dept. And Mansfield Fire Dept. responded to an accident at W. 4th St. And Penn Ave. A truck veered off the road, striking the Penn Ave. Street sign and kicking up a lot of dirt.. However, the street sign did not go down without a fight. The truck’s passenger side front tire and suspension were ripped off.
