The Mansfield Fire Department and Mansfield Police Department have responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident at the intersection of W. Cook Rd. and Ridgewood Blvd. A UPS delivery truck has been struck from behind by a silverfish-colored SUV. The extent of injuries is currently unknown. Please note that both eastbound lanes of W.
